Your event has a date. Start there.

Everything else in a temporary network can be negotiated — the date cannot. Tell us when and where, mark how urgent it is, and your request reaches an event engineer rather than a general enquiry queue.

CT-01 · Urgency

Set the urgency honestly. It changes who reads this.

The form has an Urgency selector, and it is not decoration — it decides how your request is routed. If your event is close, say so: an imminent date is exactly the case this channel exists for.

URG-01

Normal

Planning ahead, comparing suppliers, or budgeting a future edition. There is time for a survey, a design and a proper conversation — which is where the best networks come from.

URG-02

Urgent

A decision is pending, a supplier has dropped out, or a deadline is closing on you. Select this level and your request is escalated instead of queued.

URG-03

Critical — imminent event

The event is on top of you: build-up has started, a path has failed, or the network you were promised will not arrive. Select the critical level and give us a phone number — this is the one case where we would rather call than write.

CT-02 · Before you write

Four lines that save a week.

You do not need a specification to talk to us — but these four things turn a first reply into a useful one instead of a list of questions.

  1. STEP 01

    Dates and venue

    Event dates, build-up and teardown windows, and where it happens. Everything we can design depends on how much time and what kind of site we have.

  2. STEP 02

    What must be on air

    Cameras, streams, commentary, ticket gates, accreditation, press positions — and, above all, the one thing whose failure would stop the event.

  3. STEP 03

    Constraints you already know

    What the venue provides or forbids, what infrastructure exists, who else is on site, and any connectivity that is already contracted. Constraints are useful, not embarrassing.

  4. STEP 04

    Then set the urgency

    Pick the level that matches reality — including the critical one for an imminent event — and add a phone number if the date is close.
